Newsreader

Located approximately 8km south of Ramore in northeastern Ontario, in the Timmins area. The primary target mineral is gold, with secondary showings for copper, zinc and silver.

The property comprises 35 single-cell mining claims totalling approximately 708 hectares in the Larder Lake Mining District. The claims lie within the Precambrian Canadian Shield in the Abitibi Subprovince, between the Timmins and Kirkland Lake gold camps. The Timmins district has produced 79.9 Moz Au and the Kirkland Lake district 47.9 Moz Au, both up to the end of 2022.

Axies has conducted multiple fieldwork campaigns and proven sulphide mineralisation at surface with lead results in p[articular reaching 17.9% Pb.

Henderson Central, West and South, along with M. Gray, are all classified as occurrences with gold as the primary commodity.

Mineralisation is hosted in grey and white quartz and quartz-carbonate veins cutting volcanic rocks, with silver, copper, zinc and lead associated with the gold.

Base metal showings are in shear zones, many trending southeast, and in quartz-carbonate veins cutting volcanic rocks, gabbro and diorite.

Several geophysical anomalies have been found in areas of gabbro, diorite and volcanic rocks.

The property is situated between the Timmins and Kirkland Lake gold camps, which have produced 79.9 Moz Au and 47.9 Moz Au respectively, up to the end of 2022.

The nearest significant past producing gold mine is the Ross Mine, approximately 15 km northeast, which produced 995,832 ounces of gold from 1936 to 1989.

The Davidor Mines developed prospect, approximately 10 km southeast, produced 3,376 ounces of gold from 1,469 tonnes of ore milled to the end of 1947.
